A few weeks ago I found a great blog about making skittles vodka. It looked and sounded good so I decided i'd give it a try. It tastes amazing, although it might be a little strong to just drink it from the bottle.
1st: Grab your little bottle of Vodka. You can use any brand that you like best.
2nd: Grab a huge bag of skittles. You can do any package you like (regular, sour, tropical, wild berry, etc.). Then split the skittles bag by flavors.
3rd: Take your skittles and your vodka and pour both into mini water bottles that are empty. Allow to sit out for a good 8 or more hours. It helps the vodka to dissolve the skittles if you shake them up from time to time.
4th: Strain the vodka through a filter and pour it back into the bottle the vodka came in. You might have to squeeze some of the vodka through the filter. A weird skittle foam will be left over in the filter. It also helps if you use a funnel.
5th: Have fun with it. You can drink it straight, take shots, or even use it as a mixer. It's very easy and tasty :)
